How quickly can Adam be set up for my business?

Most clients are up and running within a week of their initial consultation. Once the onboarding and configuration process is complete, Adam will start making calls within one business day. We've designed the process to be as fast and frictionless as possible.

Is the setup process complicated?

What number will Adam call from?

We allocate a dedicated Australian phone number to your account. This number is used exclusively for your outbound calling campaign, so it builds familiarity with your target audience over time. The same number also handles inbound calls via Adam's AI receptionist.

Do all calls originate in Australia?

Yes. Every call made by Adam originates from Australian infrastructure, using your allocated Australian number. This is important both for compliance and for call answer rates — people are far more likely to pick up calls from local numbers they can recognise.

What happens when someone calls back on the number?

Every Adam package includes an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls on your dedicated number. This receptionist is trained on your business and can handle common enquiries, capture caller details, and take messages — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. How is Adam trained on my business?

Following your discovery consultation, our team builds a custom AI configuration specifically for your business. This includes the conversation script and flow, objection handling responses, call-to-action programming, and overall brand voice calibration. Unlike generic calling platforms, every Adam deployment is unique to the client it represents.

Can Adam call both businesses and residential customers?

Yes. Adam can be configured for B2B (business-to-business) calling, B2C (residential) calling, or a combination of both. Different campaigns may have different configurations depending on the audience. We handle all the nuances of each approach during onboarding.

How do you handle the Do Not Call Register?

We take DNC compliance very seriously. Before any campaign goes live, every number in your prospect list is washed against the Australian Do Not Call Register, managed by the ACMA. Numbers flagged as non-contactable are removed. This process is built into every campaign we run — it's not optional, it's standard.

Are there types of calls or industries where calling restrictions apply?

What we can guarantee is that Adam will call your list professionally and consistently, that every number will be DNC compliant, and that calls will commence within one business day of go-live. The outcome of those conversations depends on many factors, including your product, your market, and the quality of the list. We work hard to maximise performance, but calling is a numbers game and we'll always be honest about that.

Can the campaign be adjusted once it's live?

Yes. We regularly review campaign performance and can make adjustments to Adam's training, the calling script, or the targeting approach based on what the data is showing us. Ongoing optimisation is part of how we work — not an add-on.

How is Adam priced?

Adam doesn't have a fixed standard price — we design packages around each client's goals, call volume requirements, and desired campaign scope. This means you get a solution built for your needs, not a generic tier that may not fit. The best starting point is a consultation where we can understand your requirements and put together a custom proposal. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Is there a minimum campaign size?
